Meet the speaker: Emily Von Urff is the founder of Wellspring Media Collective and a writer with over a decade of experience in media. Merging her interests in storytelling and medicine, Emily helps acupuncturists and TCM brands increase their digital presences and create content based on their unique offerings. Through both her media work and studies, she is dedicated to using social media to elevate and rebrand the medicine for the digital age. Emily graduated from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University and is currently a 4th year master’s student and intern at Yo San University.
About the class: In this course, we will explore the current state of TCM online and how you can start creating a digital presence for yourself and your practice. We will compare emerging social media platforms and identify which align with your creative strengths – plus, we will address common blocks and problems that come with content creation as a medical professional.
